Treat Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder with Exercise!

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder as we all know is a disorder that affects the attention span of children and adults alike.   We also probably know that ADHD is treatable by prescription drugs.   Now what a lot of people do not know is that there are many non-drug related ways to treat attention deficit disorder!   That is right, you do not have to put your child on drugs to effectively treat ADD.   One of the ways that is being looked at is the link between exercise and learning.    Please review the article below for the effects exercise is having on ADHD:
