Grief counseling can help many people overcome post holiday depression but simple steps can also help one avoid meetings with a counselor.  While many people look for new goals in the coming year to keep on track after Christmas and New Year festivities, there are also many smaller things one can do to get oneself back on track.

When that last drop of New Year’s Eve champagne is gone and the Christmas  ornaments are packed away, many people enter a state of post-holiday blues.
