Summer is officially here and so are out door grillers!  Health Care Coaching has several tips to keep you fit and trim while you enjoy the great tastes and beautiful weather summer has to offer.  Health coaches say do not be afraid to grill up your favorites.   Just fit health coaching advice into them.    For example reach for a whole wheat bun instead of a white bun.   It has more filling fiber and sometimes less calories.    Another health care coaching tip is always have your vegetables included in your meal.   Easy way to accomplish this would be include onion, tomato, lettuce, and pickles on your burger.   The vegetables will also fill you up quicker so you do not feel the need to have another burger.   For more health care coach tips on healthy grilling please read this article.
