Health coach advice gives us plenty of wisdom of what we should do and what we should avoid.    Sometime, however, health care coaching can tell us what is a complete waste of our time as well.   There are medical procedures and health habits we do everyday that are simply not needed and are a waste of our time and money.   Health coaching professionals listed these habits as health hearsay.   True is you do not need to see the dentist twice a year.   You do not need an annual full body scan.   You do not even need to stop eating after 8 PM.    For the full list of these wasteful habit please read below:
