“Everything in moderation” is a very old saying but it still holds true today. Some great health coaching advice is suggesting that marathon running might be the exercise equivalent of a cheeseburger. That is saying a lot. Putting your body under serious physical stress is not that good of an idea. Once in a while a marathon would be fun to run but do not it everyday. This puts it in the “exercises to avoid” column. Can too much exercise be harmful to your body?
