The words “Eating Healthy” and “Southern Cooking” rarely even go together in a sentence. So when a website starts showing how, it might be worth a look. Healthy eating can also help lower our stress levels as well, which has a plethora of benefits as well. There are however some southern staples that will never be healthy. For those dishes we suggest enjoy them in moderation. (We are looking at you Biscuits and Gravy!)
