Holistic health care is quickly becoming something on everyone’s mind. With more education on holistic healthy eating, people are making more informed decisions about their diets. They are getting the baked potato instead of the fries. They are eating a salad or a wrap instead of the sub sandwich. Now it is time to further our collective holistic diet education with simple substitutions that can add more fiber, more vitamins, and sometimes less calories and fat.
