We can all use a little training in stress relief. If we do not then stress will rule our lives. That will lead to all kinds of problems, both mental and physical. With the increased demands at work and lack of vacations being taken, stress relief techniques could be seen as a welcome sight. A set of stress management tools might be needed to survive college, the work week, even the weekend. (My “honey do” lists rivals the Labors of Hercules on any given Saturday anymore.)
