Christmas should be a time of peace, but stress and grief still finds many

Christmas can be stressful.  People need to learn to relax and enjoy the season and what it spiritually means, but many are more caught up in the finances of it.  Unfortunately some understand the season but are haunted by grief.  Ultimately managing stress during Christmas is critical to peace.

The BetterHealth Channel writes about how “Christmas Can Be Stressful” below in their article.  It lists many of the reasons why people suffer so much stress during the Holidays.

Christmas can be a stressful and depressing time for many people. Financial and
time pressures, isolation, family tensions, separation and divorce, bereavement,
becoming a step-family, or just reflecting on another year gone by can all
undermine the Christmas spirit.
