Mowing may be the next form of meditation

What may seem like a chore at this time of year has actually been found to be relaxing.

American Institute Health Care Professionals‘s insight:

Learning a New Form of Meditation – Go Mow the Lawn!

How many of us have the infamous “Honey Do” list on the weekends?   This simple list quickly takes over the whole weekend.   Between doing the dishes, mowing the lawn and fixing the washer there will be no time to fit in anything else.

Fitting in meditation does not have to be hard when completing your weekend list!   Learning to meditate while you mow the lawn is an excellent way to do two things at once.     This form of meditation takes a chore and turns it into a personal meditation retreat.    Allowing you time to enjoy your weekend.
