Nursing burn out signs.

a nurse in stress

Nursing burn out doesn't have to end your career.

Nursing burn out occurs when someone in the health care field is overly stressed and feels at a lose with their professional nursing career.    It is dangerous not only to the nurse but to the patient as well.

Sue Heacock from Nurse Together has an informative and humorous article on the subject:

Nursing burn out signs

Nurses, do you feel disillusioned and worn out after a long shift? Here are the top 11 (yes, 11 not your typical even number) indicators that you are burned out and long over due for a bit of time off.

For more information please go here.

There are many solutions to handling burn out.   Learning to relax and enjoy the moment is one of them.   Taking vacations and disconnecting yourself is another.  Studying and keeping up to date with your nursing certifications can also help.   If you are interested in nursing certifications online then you might want to give our website a quick look.
