Stress Management: Healthy lifestyles may help to protect DNA

 

Diet, exercise, and stress management may help to protect and strengthen DNA and resist the effects of aging, according to a new study.

American Institute Health Care Professionals‘s insight:

A good life with healthy life styles that involve less stress can be beneficial for a person’s DNA.  Stress management, diet and exercise can all play a big role in how healthy we are at our core.  By becoming healthy via our diet we might be able to turn ourselves into stress busting machines!    Because as the old saying goes, “You are what you eat!”   If you eat stress inducing foods then you will become stress.   Whereas if you eat healthy foods that promote good health and less stress then you can change yourself for the better.
