ADHD News: Going Outdoors Can Help.

In a study on ADHD, it found that the effects of being outside can help with attention deficit disorder.  Taking walks outdoors actually helped young children diagnosed with attention deficit disorder to pay better attention when compared with children that did not take any walks.   An article by Stephanie Sarkis, Ph.D. via PsychologyToday.com has the study: ADHD News: Going Outdoors Can Help.
