New Jersey is passed a new law which could try to prosecute people who send texts to drivers.  While this law is controversial and may meet challenges elsewhere it points to the danger of texting while driving.  It also brings a new legal element of lawsuites.  Legal nurses may play big roles in some of these cases in the future.
