  • Limit the consumption of alcohol: If you take alcohol in limitation it will not affect the testosterone levels too much, but it is better if you stop taking alcohol.
  • Don’t expose to environmental estrogens: Xenoestrogen imitates estrogen in the body. The testosterone level drop significantly if you are exposed to estrogen-imitating chemical, our testosterone levels can drop significantly.

A testosterone test helps to determine the level of testosterone in the body. It is done to test infertility in men. It includes two types of testosterone tests, which is a blood test and a saliva test. If you are suspected to have low testosterone then your doctor will suggest you to get it tested. A common method to check the testosterone levels is a simple blood test.

You can also check your testosterone levels with the help of a saliva test kit. You can do it in your home. Collect the saliva in the tubes provided at intervals throughout the day. Fill out the given form and mail the kit back with the help of directions mentioned in the kit. Wait for the results for two weeks.


To increase the level of testosterone you must follow the above mentioned ways. Aging is the main cause of the low testosterone levels. By following a proper diet you can maintain it. This is important to stay healthy and also to reduce the risk of various health problems.
