SENDING IN TRANSCRIPTS

POLICY

1. When sending in college/school transcripts to AIHCP, Inc., we will accept an official copy of a transcript that you might have.

2. If you do not have an official transcript, then please requisition your school to send us a copy of your official transcript. If you send us a copy of an official transcript, please note that we will keep them in your file here indefinitely.

3. Transcripts may be sent to: AIHCP, Inc. 2400 Niles-Cortland Rd. SE, Suite # 3, Warren Ohio 44484.

4. If you are having transcripts sent to us, or if you are sending an official school transcript; if your name has changed since you were graduated from you school, please notify us and let us know what your name was, i.e. "maiden" name, that will appear on your transcripts.

5. AIHCP, Inc. reserves the right to contact your school to verify graduation or course completions, for all transcripts we receive.
