This course provides you with continued learning of spiritual principles related to the “Science of Mind.” You will study consciousness and the Science of Mind Principles, as well as the use of the Science of Mind in everyday life. The Spiritual Dimension of human beings is examined. You learn how to effectively use Science of Mind Principles and how to teach these principles to clients. There is an emphasis on learning how to develop effective Science of Mind treatments. How to assist clients in developing their own treatments is presented. You will also learn how to use the Science of Mind in spiritual counseling of clients. This is an in-depth course with an emphasis on effective use of Science of Mind Principles and evaluation of their effectiveness in creating outcomes from desires, as well as enhancing spiritual growth. Course Code: SC 550. Contact hours of education = 50.

This course is particularly designed for those who would like to apply for Certification as a Certified Spiritual Counselor by the American Institute of Health Care Professionals, Inc,.

Prerequisite: you must have successfully completed: SC 500: Prayer and Meditation in Spiritual Counseling and SC 510: Divine Communication and Guidance, and SC 520: Abundance and Prosperity Counseling, and SC 540, before beginning this course.

TIME FRAME: You are allotted two years from the date of enrollment, to complete all of the courses in the spiritual counseling program. There are no set time-frames, other than the two year allotted time. If you do not complete the courses within the two-year time-frame, you will be removed from the course and an "incomplete" will be recorded for you in our records. Also, if you would like to complete the courses after this two-year expiration time, you would need to register and pay the course tuition fee again.

GRADING: You must achieve a passing score of at least 70% to complete this course and receive the 50 hours of awarded continuing education credit. There are no letter grades assigned. You will receive notice of your total % score. Those who score below the minimum of 70% will be contacted by the and options for completing additional course work to achieve a passing score, will be presented.
